Emma, our company director began her career in event management. Having worked for some of Ireland's five star venues, planning corporate events exceeding 10,000 attendee's & planning dream weddings for her Irish clientele. 

Chocolate Ears came to life with a simple blend of event planning and a light addiction to chocolate.

Opening in 2016, Chocolate Ears introduced it's quirky yet completely bonkers concept to the Irish Market and in 2019 successfully launched it's brand to the Portuguese event scene.
